Dear friends, colleagues and connections,
After nearly seven years of building community and improving lives, my time at JEA has come to a close. Now that I’ve been blessed with time for a few more “smoothies and movies” nights with my wife and daughter and slaying a formidable backlog of audiobooks, I’m also thinking about what I want to write in the next chapter of my career.
My career chops are in corporate marketing communication, content creation strategy, digital engagement strategy, employee engagement, issues management, and research. Throughout most of my nearly three decades of professional life, I have sought out industries and causes that at their foundations improve quality of life. My next chapter won’t betray the book.
I welcome your advice, recommendations, leads on opportunities in the Jacksonville, Fla. area and/or remote opportunities beyond Jax, and plans for long-overdue lunch gatherings (you know who you are). 😎
To all of my former JEA colleagues who’ve made me a better human and professional these past seven years, thank you for traveling a good bit of this journey with me. I hope I’ve made yours better, too.
